Cytûn is incorporated as a company in England & Wales (Company No 05853982) and is registered as a charity (Charity No 1117071). The organisation is overseen by a Board of Trustees who are legally responsible for setting strategic direction, safeguarding the charity’s constitutional purpose and ensuring proper oversight of resources. The Trustees meet regularly to approve budgets, monitor delivery and uphold governance standards.
The day-to-day management is led by General Secretary Dr Cynan Llwyd, who is accountable to the Chair of the Board and ensures implementation of the Board’s decisions.
