The Baptist Union of Wales (BUW / UBC) is seeking to appoint a new General Secretary, providing key leadership as Chief Executive during an important period of transition and development.
The successful candidate will offer strategic direction across the work of the Union, the Welsh Baptist Union Corporation, and the Baptist Building Fund, helping to shape the mission and future vision of the Baptist community in Wales.
The Union is looking for a visionary leader with proven experience of leading a national organisation, supporting churches and ministers, and responding creatively to contemporary opportunities and challenges.
